AUTHORIZING MINNESOTA
COURT DATA SERVICES MASTER City of Edina
SUBSCRIBER AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the Edina Police Department is a government agency.
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Judicial Branch provides electronic access to appropriate court records
and documents.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Edina has authorized
Scott Neal, City Manager, to sign Minnesota Government Access Account Agreement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager and Mayor are au horized to execute any
necessary agreements relating to the acceptance of these facts pursuant to the agreement.
