RESOLUTION NO. 2015-69
ACCEPTING DONATIONS ON
BEHALF OF THE CITY OF EDINA
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute 465.03 allows cities to accept grants and donations of real or
personal property for the benefit of its citizens;
WHEREAS, said donations must be accepted via a resolution of the Council adopted by a two
thirds majority of its members.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Edina City Council accepts with sincere
appreciation the following listed grants and donations on behalf of its citizens.
Edina Art Center:
Kitty O'Dea Office Supplies
Carole Senty Miscellaneous Art Supplies
Sara Lenz Pottery Supplies
Elabeth Goff Pottery Books
Cindy Mayeron Painting Supplies
Teresa Luterbach Drafting Supplies
