RESOLUTION NO. 2015-104
ESTABLISHING PARKING TIME LIMITS FOR MUNICIPAL PARKING FACILITIES
WHEREAS, Division 5, Article VIII of Chapter 24 of the Edina City Code regulates municipal
parking facilities;
WHEREAS, Section 24-395 of the City Code provides that time limits for parking within
municipal parking facilities are established by resolution of the city council;
WHEREAS, the City desires to establish time limits for parking within municipal parking
facilities;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF EDINA, MINNESOTA, that the following time limits for municipal parking
facilities are hereby adopted:
