1. CAPITAL IMPROVOIENTS BUDGET
Mr. loos land reviewed with the Park Board the Capital Improvenle-nts Program.
The program was broken down into mo-jor park improvements and minor improvements.
After reviewing the program, the Park Board recommended that the program
be cut back to five years instead of seven years. The Park Board felt that it
is too difficult to predict past 1979.
Pat Turnbull moved that the Capital Improvements Program be a five year
program with the saga I projects amoun-i"Ing 1-0 380,000 per year and that the
lake In Bredesan Park be done in 1980; ho--40voi-, if some form of federal funds
or other funds are available, this project could be done earlier. Joan
Lonsbury seconded and tile motion was approved.
