Rosand, R. Kojetln, R. Jacobson and H. Uruns OTHERS PRESENT: Ears® Hale Mr. Adams welcomed the two new Board members, Joan Qnsbury and Jack Rice. Dr. Baranauckas moved the minuies of January 9, 1973, he wroved as written. Mr. Richards seconded and the motion carried. 111. ELECTION OF VICE CHAIRMAH Mr, Rice moved hr. Richards be nominated as Vice Chairman. Dr. Baranauckas seconded and a unanimous vote was cast for Mr. ROW.rds. IV. FEES AND CHARGES At the January meeting; Chairman Adams recommended a committee be set up to rpraet with Hr. Hyde, Mr. Delon ind the Park Department Staff to discuss fees and charges for 1173.
