A proposed bultding use and reariction contract batween the Yorktoim
Coninental Apartments and the ViVage of Edina was reviewa& The basic con-
tent of the contract stated the V111age of Edina would be able to use a portion
of the main floor for their senior citizens programming with the idea the
apartment residens could partiOlits In the program. Yorktown would provlde9
at no cost, maintenance and laNtorial service.
Mrsi Lonsbury moved the phi losaphy of the contract be approved and
recommended to Council, V Pave k seconded and the motion carried.

The financial report for six ninths ending June 30, 1973, shvwed revenume
at $110,586, and net facume from operating departments $11,413. Operating
expenses were $78,558, interest an.bands and loan $14,784 Ina provision for
