Mr. Lewis moved that the minutes of September 14, 071, he OPP"'A as

Board meeting. The financial report for ten months cnding October 3A 1971,
showed revenue at $202,736 and net Acome fhom operaiing departmants at 09,881,
operating expenses were $121,916, interest on bonds and juan $26,350 and provi-
sion for depreciation $6,650, leaving a nit snap of $69,729.
