Also presented were the recommended fees for 1968, which were as fallaws� After much discussion concerning the raising of nome fees, the Board agreed that all fees as recommended to be raised be approved with the exception of the playgrouW and craft fee. This fee will be left at $2. Since the program is a very broad pxogreh and involves a large number of children, the Board felt that it should nct be put on a "turnstile" basis. Mr. NOW moved that the proposed fees for 1968 as recommended with, the exception of the playground fee which is to be left at 12 be approved. Dr. Undblou, seconded and the motion carried. Vill. lAgg YiPURCHASY W Waland reported to the hosY that the Uernell, Fisher, Rohner, a"4 Ediose Grove properties have now all been parchased around the Mud WIN development. NO. Rosland also stated that a shyppiug center is being proposed for the proparty of the northeast corner of Gleason Road and County Highway 62. After some discussion, M1, Conover moW that the Board recommend to the Planning Commission the rejection of zcning this property for aby type of commercial deveUrpment that uould n*t fit into the park plap. RECREATION REPORT The suomer brochure will be going to press within the next few weeks with the mailing scheduled for the first week in Nola© Applications are being taken for part time summer murk, and applications will clone April 15, Approximately 150 students will be hired. X. TEEU RECREATION REPORT The Teen Recreation Board has been actively engaged in meetings and planning potential activities. A recommended summer program should be available for ?ark Board at their Hby meeting. X1.
