PARK BOARD MEETING
August 8, 1967

1. Mr. Lewis moved that the minutes of July 11, 1967, he cayproved as
m-ittin. Mr. Ebroth seconded and. the motion carried.
11. GOLF COURSE REPORT
The golarse finM� statelnent for seven? months ending July 310

teas presented to the Board. The revenue for this pariod totaled $101r,202
and net inccme from operating depa,"t-mants and investment.8 tataled $1,3,469.
Operating euperses ware $58,991, interest on bonds and loan, $18,81.5, and
provision for depreciation, $2,616, lea%rikq a net income of $34v249. This
is a $70855 increase over this time last year.

The football progreca for boys In fifth through eighth grades is now
being organized with registration dates set for September 6 & 7.

Mro Rosland read a letter to the Board received frm..the School Dis®
trict relating cost figures on tvo recently built high school stadiums in
the suburban area. Dr. Lindblom Stated that the Schocl Is also continuing
their studies on the stadium and should have a r -apart to the Pavk Board
