The progrcm that offered the most asnistance was the Open Space Land Vrogram administered by the Urban Renewal Administration. This program pays 50 per cent of total land purchase and development costs, Hounever, it does not pay for major construetion improvements vithin parks such as swimming pools, cluUhauses, and recreaticm renters..
