Roslnsnd presented a plan drawn by Northern, States Power for road lighting at Braemar Arena. Ilie park Board reviewed the plan and requested that one additional light be installed on the west nada of the main parking lot Mr. Adams moved that we recomand this plan with the additional light to be installed. Xr. E nroth seconded and the motion carried. The operating statement from November 1, 1965, to April 15, 1966, was presented to the park Board. 'In sumakiry, the gross revenue was $54,411.6x3® The expenses were $32,705.94. Of this amount, $24,379032 seas for salaries and vageu, $5,882.46 was for utilities, $2,525.00 for printing and promotion, -$5,66 5.36 for maintenance supplies, $9,411.34 for debt retirement, and the remainitig expenses were miscellaneous items. Some of this money m4y he refunded to Rotary Club £or the additional $240 they donated to help the `peen Center for: this year's operation. Rosland presented a list of parks that have presently been uanme4 and parks that have no formal name. A brief discussion followed and it was reemmaended that possibly many of the street -address named parks cmild be shortened nn named just by the street that they are on. 1� an occasion arose that these parks should be rensmed, the name could be atinged at that time. It vies reccvmendcd that this sugge-stion be forwarded to Dr. Jackson for his thoughts and further recommendations.
