Baia e park Zovrd the development oX the Breemar Fork Athletic Complex. It was
point, out that a resolution hnd been poased by the School Board stating
their interest in this coypjeN - especinily the football stadium.
Discussion was held in regard to the necessity of a proposed football
a tadjuj. Because of the improvements sche4uled for Righway 100 and the
Denton Avedue Interchnnge, a POTtion of the present athletic field and park-
in area wou!4 be tapnn goT the highwoy development. Therefore, a move was
4eame4 necessary at a future date. One of the enjor problems in moving the
fbotball stadium into the proamar At h` compier vas the vvailability of
parking areasn
ZZ was recommended that the Park Deps0ment do some odditional inves-
vigating work in regard to Parking Rcilitles, size; cost, uho shares the
costs, and upon arriving at further plaas, Present them to the School Board
for their considerWono.

A report an the jAstollation of bleachers -at the bowl end of the Arena
was prevented. There are four sections at the bowl end - two end sections
and two corner .sections w Whe total cost of installing bleachers in all four
sections is $4,071. or. Rosland recommended that at the present time, we
tnsLall only the two and sections and zome Mitionel sound work at the cost
6f $1,623. This wouU give the Arena vn additiomal 300 seats. The two cor-
ner sections eould be installed WHY the XOY June shut down-
Nr

A Petition from 40 people requentilg an "Adult Night" at the Arena was
rezd r, disc"sged. it vas Yaluested that Tueseny night with live organ music
be the official "Adult Night". Aftey much disenssion it was the Park Board's
decision out to Knignate any special night as "Adult Eight" at this time.
The schedule has been print& Eor the year and it =14 not be right to change
it now. Eowever, it was felt that 6e pxgan night Wich is now Tueso
day, cu!4
be changed to Wonday night, and because W the'later open skating hours on
Monday nigh,, it was felt that the a4ults would have the Arena utore to themselves.
