The estimated operating expense for 7 months is 174,167.45, leaving an estimated surplus of 43,487.55. mr. Gieb0% stated taut the total cost of building, ice equipment an4 earth oro is estimated bemeen $450,000 and $475,000. Mr. es land pointed Put to the Park Board members the proposed site for the building, This site is located on the west side of Braemar Park adjacent to the tuo existing parking lots. The PrOPOsed building is 150 feet by 264 feet long with a 01en roof structure. 7te seating capacity of the builAng is 3,200 people (27 inch seats). MT.
