Mr. Conover seconded and the motion carried. - fir. Stevens welcomed W,:. paul Carson, 6001 Pine Grove Road, as 8'new Mem bey of the Park Board. Xr. Rosland introduced to the park board 14r. Gordon F. Bowen. 14r. Rosland presented to the Park Board a print from the Hennepin County Highway Department. This print showed the latest proposal of the Valley View Road -County Highway 18 . Itnte-Ichange. The Interchange at 18 and valley View Road would be a ngodifled diamond. The middle of the new Valley view Road extended from County Road IS to the East 1-4ill follow Braemar2s northern boundary direct to the horseshoe turn at :.bra old Valley View Road and continue from their on old Valley Viou Road.
