Rosland pointed out that some leagues at certain sloe rives may be of value. He also pointed out that Mr. Cooper felt that rjo pvobably should start our own men's and tvomenls leagues. It was pointed out that we stab do not have enough operating expo ience to know exactly men Ue should try to encourage league play. Mr. leAs suggeated that we do not discourage these people in the event that %, geed then but that uta should hold off on giving an s r and put league play on the agenda for the September meeting at alch time vie may have more ansvmrs. George Hite was rerruested by the Council to look Into air condition- ing -and what could be dune about it. The clubhouse and pro shop would have to be weather stripped to make it feasible. Rosland went through the clubhouse together on Friday4 August 7 wW We Olson is going to s&e an estimate but could not have it ready for this. meeting. W. At present, plans for the football season are underway. Gun Safety starts August 12th and will be offered two days a week and involves eight hours of Instruction. Baseball is completed with the exception of the Meen"s Slo-Pitch aich �.s In the plsy-offs.
