Swanson sur mit to t -he chairman a draft of the proposed amendment as agreed upon
by this meeting of hp Planning Commission and subject to Ask. Todd's approval
that the amendinent be foi-warded to the Village Council for consideration. h4otion

of the Mbrton Arneson propexety, S-1158-269 so he could negotiate with Mr. Arneson
or the ourchse of Zn e2sement for gas on Aspasia Lane as proposed so as to be
able to fur-nish gas to Lake Fd inn Addition. It was pointed out that the plat
had been p:repExed by Mr. St -ow, at his eXpense, and that Mr. Stow was not the
oy:-ner of the propertyv although he endeavoring to purchase the property from
Arneson. iLr. 1,et.ais njoved, Mr. Gustafson seconded, that the preliminary plat

anson contained 'n his report were discussed and the Planning Commission noted
especially items 4 and 5 in the report. it was resolved by Lewis,, seconded by
Gusta.rsan, that the repo -,--t be approved and foz-ovarded to the Village Council for
their consideration and if the Village Council approved, that the report be for-
warded to the Stater Highway Department for comment and agreement. Resolution
adopted unanimously.
Fa OFFICE BUILDING DISTRICT. The Office Building District amendment to the Zoning
Ordinance was discussed and it was agreed that it should be tabled for further
study. The Planning Commission egreed that it was generally favorable to the
term and izatent, of the ordinance be,-'(, desired additional time to consider it.
G. GASOLINE SERVICE STATIONS. The Planning Commission noted the receipt of this
amendment to tha Zoning Ordinance zind tabled any action on it until further study
had been given it.
