7. Z-59-22;Fi TI-Q 9Aa_. this request so°r Multiple Residence zoning of
the a;acant unplatted lot just south of the service station at the S,W,
co-,:{ner of 54th and France Avenue south, was presented by Mr. Dave Thomas.
Mr, Thor:ias asked how many units the Planning Commission would allow on
the property ii it was rezoned and he was iniormed that he would be
pesnitted to build as many as the Multiple Residence amendment to the
Zoning Ordinance would permit. hr. Hite said that using lot dimensions
submitted by Mr. Thomas, the computed area of the lot would be suffic-
ient for ten units. qtr. Todd indicated that the Planning Commission
has, in the past, considered favorably requests for multiple dwellings
on this property, and that they would be willing to consider carefully
any apartment proposal submitted by Mr. Thomas. Mr. Thomas said he
would prepare preliminary site and building plans and present them at
soma future date. No action taker..

homes on the east and the as -or -nowt undetermined land use of the gravel
