a .width of 72.5 feat. X"Otion was made by qtr. Foley, seconded by Mr.
Griswold and carried to recomm-end appro%.al to the Village Council.'
V-60-3. Tron s Construction Comnenv. The request of the Trones Con-
struction Company for z 7.0 foot side yard variance on Lo't. 2, Block 4,
.Lake Edina ('addition (4917 Trillivin Lane) was presented to the Commission.
Since this is a pie -shaped lot and tho placerent of existing buildings on
a,diacent lots would necessitate the house p-roposed to go on this lot be-
ing set back a grea•teh disicance -1than normally required, thus decreasing
the side yards, it was felt that the variance should he permitted. Mot-
ion to 7ppro,ye was made by Mr. Lewis, seconded by kx . Criswold and car-
ried.
IV. SPECIAL PERK1T REQ ESTS
P-60-1. Folke Victorsen. The :request by Mr. Victorsen for a permit to
construct a home on the northeast corner of Blake Road and Waterman
Avenue with the home facing Watermnn Avenue rather than Blake Road as
requixed by Ordinance, wzs presented to the Commission for their consid-
eration. Mr. Victorsen fieri: a Blake Road facing r,4s undss:irabt_e because
or" the heavy traffic on that road. Nir. Letivis moved to accept the request,
seconded by Kr. Foley and carried.

5-60-10. Addition - Londhol_m iepJnj. Mr. Hite presented -the
Lundholm rep.lat of Loi;.. 9, 10 and the north 70 foci: of Lot FS, Block 2,

tinson presented a preliminary plAt foy the development of the apartment
property north of 66th S'tr'eet and ot_,,x east of the Medical Center. They
pointed out that the plan ret all Village requirements with the exception
of the width of the dedic':ted stl.�!et right.-of-w,3y, which width was pro-
posed to be 50 feet Yather than the 60 feet normally required. Por. Hite
presented a proposed rcAd cross section basad on the 50 foot right-of-way
which included a 3.1 foot roa woy, tt°;o 5 foot sidewalks two 4 foot boule-

seconded by Mr. Foley and carried.

tween Co.�nelia Drive and Valloy V7e�w Road. Mr. Hite, in presenting the
plat, explained thF.,t the Park Bo;:!_rd had wide the request for purposes of
sale. Approval was riven on motion by Air. Foley, seconded by filx. Griswold
end carried.
