variance ;;o 6 the ordinance provision requiring a 1.5 foot side yard on the
north side of Lot 13, Biock 3, Biichcrest Addition (6101 .Code Avenue).
It was, explained that the '! aarientie was requested for an addition wziCh
was to je added to s home already construc't:.ed on the lot, this home

yand was 10 fnet. Because the proposed iddition would merely be a con-
tinuntion of the existing building Hate, Mr. G± i owo d moved that the
variance W opproved. Motion was seconded by Mr. Foley and carried.
