Mr. Gilbert Palmer, 6235 Xerxes Avenue, stated that he opposed the rezoning because trnre would be a loss of property value in the area as -well as a loss of rents. He also noted that it would create a traffic hazard not only for the residents in the inivedi.ate area, but also for the Heritage Hcme residents who like to stroll in the neighbcadv3od.
