S2-69-9 Indian Hills Arrowhead Addition.
Cbairman Griswold noted that this 28 lot plat is located
east. of Cosaty 'Road 18 ,ard south of Indian Hills Road. It generally
Teets ordinance requirements, but requires the following changes:
(1) pall the cul-de-sac :swag from the east property lime approximately
50 feet; (2) provide 60 foot roadways throughout instead of the 50
feet proposed for Arrowhead Pass and Sally Lane; (3) make an Outlot
of the remainder of the Hume's site lying west of Block 1 and east
of County Rocd 18.
The staff recommends preliminary approval subject to the above
changes and subJect to Ertgineerin Department approval.

give them a preview of how the southwast quadrant will look after all

Baas prepared by Bzauer and Associates, planning and landscape consultants.
It in a replica of hew the area will 1cok later in 1969. While the model
is fairly detailse, it should be noted that the business district will

Mr. Braue,,r explained the design of the area, the proposed
