Mr. Hoisington stated that this two lot subdivision at the north- west corner of West 70th Street and Antrim TI'Zoad received preliminary approval from the Council some time ago, and should nov, be considered for final approval. Staff recomriends final appro�ral. Mr,, Hughes moved that the Planning Commission grant final approval of the subdivie-ion, and Mr. Hualster seconded the motion. All Voted Aye, Motion Carried. V1. Mr. Sherman asked if Mr_„ David Runyan, being an architect, would be a good addition to the Board and Mia Hoisington replied that he .could be a very good addition. Mr. Clifford Johnson nominated Mt. David Runyan as the Planning Commission representative to the Board of Appeals and Adjustments, and Mr. Huelster seconded the motion All doted Aye, Motion Carried. V V Adjournment at 7:55 P.M.
