All Voted Ay -e. Motion Carried. VI . OTHER BUSINESS: 1. Nine Mile North Building -Plan,, Raaenhorst Corp. Mr. West stated that the Planning Corunission had previously requested that the parking for the Penney's =warehouse structure be reiocayed from the west side of the building to the future expansion area to the north. He indicated that since that time, Penny's has confirmed that they definitely need the future expansion area. Mrs .west indicated that the Council has approved a revised plan, subject to approval by the Planning Commission and the Board of Appeals and Adjustments, whist, eliminates the second row of parking in tine tient:er arca bei:ween the two warahouses on the site, moves the building to the north as far as possible, eliminates tine northerly entrance road providing access to proposed Lincoln Drive, and provides the future expansion arena to the south of the structure. He indicated that: this is a much more favorable plan, but added that variances for `ot coverage and setbacks will be required.
