He stated that in his opinion townhouses should be built on the hill, which would tend also to reduce the apattment density, aud conclKed that che latest proposal would not appear to be in the best intereses of the Village; the staff cannoo therefore recommend approval of the developmenc of whree apartment buildings on the north slope of the hilL.
