Mr. Luce recommended the division he denied., as division of -the land would allow, and possibly encourage, two separate developments, which the Planning Commfission and Council has gone on record as opposing, Mr. Lewis agreed and recalled Mr. Balla indicated during discussions held when the Perkins parking lot area was coned that nothing would be done with the southezra part of the site. Mr. Luce noted that Kent Swanson, the City Assessor, has agreed to supply Mr. Halla with the valuation split he desires. Mr. Sheman moved the requested division be denied for the reasons discussed, and Mr. G. Johnson seconded the motion. All voted aye. Motion carried. Va OTHER BUSINESS: 1. DNIJM Resolution. Mr. G.
