proposals, the Western Edina Land Use Plan., the amount of undisturbed area, the road

be approved, providing Timberview Road is reduced to a minimiun width and relocated
north of the property line a minimum of 20 feet, Mr,,, Victorsen agreed to eliminate

agreed that a narrower road would be more desirable mr, Kremer's earlier motior diad
