He recalled the property was originally rezoned in 1970 (2-70-2) with deed restrictions limiting the development to a 650 `bot iong, 64 unit, 3-4 story apartment building along the Crosstown, The present proposal includes 44 dwelling units in 22 buildings which will be residential in appearance and character, Mr. Luce recommended approval of the rezoning to PID -3 for the reasais stated in the staff report, with waiver of the second reading inasmuch as the request constitutes a down zoning and most of the necessary information for final plan approval has been submitted and is acceptable, Approval of the suhdivision, subject to a 5% cash parkland contvibution, was also recommendoi N'r.
