Danielsonls Addition wishes to purchase from the owner of Lot 6 Broadmore Addition 2nd Replat. I checked this out with the Village Engineer earlier and he could see no difficulty as long as the dedicated easements are protected. My understanding is that the parties must have the consent of the Commission or the Council in order to make the severance of the platted lot. The lot to be conveyed is described in the :.first paragraph, while the two existing lot descriptions are also outlined in the remaining paragraphs.
