Re: i+Gi.s 12 and ray .B1001C 8, Tudian H111s
Dear Sirs:
T am writing to request peZ;Missiolc for &n adjustment of
the crigirallot line between lots 12 alc. 13 in Block 8
in Indian :dills.
Vy In=0 is on 10v i2 ar;d 1 Own lot 13 ad,,, oining it to
the north. 1 wish to add 15 feet to - of 12 and veducQ
the width of lot 13 by the same amount. This would mako
the lots more nearly equal in width and falls within the
restrictions contained in the deed 'recon, uad in Book 1803
of Deeds, page 322.
A copy of the pertinant restriction is enclosed as well as
a hand sketch of the lots involved.
The topography of lot 12 dectated the placement of our
home nearer the line involved and also makes that side
area function as our "back-Fard." The reason for this
request is to increase our 'back -yard" space which our
family would find very useful.
Thank you for your consideration of this matter. Please
let me know if further questions a. -Ise.
Yours trul,r,
er e
B Lnard J. spencer
Book 1803 of Deeds - page 322
