Sons. The contract with Holanderf If awarded, viould be $438,175.60.
This would ba %vith a $%000 liquidating damages clause. This is a
deletion of $142,667 from their bid inthich. was $5BO,842.60. The construction
taork which wpould be deleted from the Bolamder contract and completed by
the village golf course crew would cost $55,775. Work that was deleted
froim the Bolander bid. was w-ork that was pr.'Aarily done by sub -contractors.

varia,hles in the ble, and that these variabl could possibly reduce the
cost and could al Go inCM820 the cost Of the golf course. r1r. Diercks
felt that this is ont pol"t that should be br,;uqht to the Council's
atI-ention at the time of presenting their r°vst.
