Mr. Rosland reported to the Park Board at the present time
the Village does not have any park ordinances. He mentioned ;that
the rough draft that ',had sent out previously war for their

study in regards to possible omissions and additions. The exactb
format and wording has not yet been developed` -and that rich of
this would come with consultation titith the Village Manager and
Village attorney. After the final draft has been made, it will
then'' be returned to ;the Pari: Doerd ,for th6*r approval and
recommendations.
