moved that we proceed to acquire a building architect to pian a
club house and 'then to take bids on the golf course project
and if the bids come in at the estimated $8252000, that we'should
proceed to sell the bonds and begin construction as soon as the'bds
are awarded.Mr. Lewis seconded. The motion carried with the
contingiency of.Mr. Giebink that we put the golf course to referendum,.

Iii. LAKE EDINA PARK
Mr. Rosland reported that the Village has let the contract for

the construction of `:two malls at the Lake Edina Park site. They will,,
beplaced on the south side of the,knoll, that sits in approximately
the center of the property. There will also be an iron removal plant
at the same site to be built below the top grade of the hill.' The
Board fell; that the building would not hinder the park to any
appreciable extent but the next time something like this occurs, they
would prefer io have more details regarding the proposed project.
