He stated that the over-all plan has been approved by the State Water Resources Board, including the lake for ponding purposes on the site of tdln"a Mud,Lake and surrounding area. .. This'area,was viewed the hoard on: a map as' it exists today an with the,aid of an overlay, as it will be when the ponding area is' developed. Mr.`Hiteincluded on the overlay the surrounding area as d< it is possible to develop it in the future. This'plan"shows all of the area surroundi.ng',and adjacent to the 'proposed lake as park property. Adjoining"Ahs proposed -park site on the south are the 'Gleason Riad and Dalley; View School site. Mr. Stevens then requested that the two school' sites be shown in a 'different color so that the actual proposed park area can be easily identfiedo Mr. Hill asked what procedure must be followed`'by the'Villageto adopt the proposed plan.
