FINAL SITE STABILIZATION AND LANDSCAPING MAY BE COMPLETED BY THE CONTRACTOR OR THE HOME OWNER, HOWEVER, ALL AREAS THAT WILL NOT BE DISTURBED FOR 14- DAYS OR MORE MUST BE STABILIZED BY THE CONTRACTOR PRIOR TO TURNING THE SITE AND HOME OVER TO THE HOMEOWNER. 6. FINAL INSPECTION. EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL MEASURES MAY ONLY BE REMOVED AFTER APPROVAL OF FINAL INSPECTION AND ESTABLISHMENT OF PERMANENT LANDSCAPING AND OTHER EROSION PREVENTION DEVICES, AND WITH APPROVAL OF THE CITY OF EDINA, CLEAN ADJACENT AND ON-SITE STREETS AND STORM SEWER AS NEEDED. 4. CONTRACTOR INSPECTIONS AND MAINTENANCE a.
