MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING
EDINA HERITAGE PRESERVATION BOARD
HELD TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 23, 1982 AT 8:00 P.M.
EDINA CITY HALL MANAGER'S CONFERENCE ROOM
MEMBERS PRESENT: Chairman Foster- Dunwiddie, Tom Martinson,
Gary Nyberg and Gordon Stuart
STAFF PRESENT: Harold Sand
Approval of Minutes:
Tom Martinson moved approval of the September- 28, 1982 minutes.
Gary Nyberg seconded. All voted aye. The motion carried.
II. Self -Guided Tour- of Edina
Foster- Dunwiddie said that he has been working with Donna Skagerberg
on a script for a tour- of the City. He also outlined the walking tour- of the
Edina Country Club District including the route and the specific structures
included in the tour. The Board discussed various styles and mechanics of
the tour-. The Staff will prepare a map and an outline for review. Harold
Sand said that he contacted Jeannie Narum of the Northfield HPC about
their- walking tour.
III. Edina Expo 183
Foster- Dunwiddie said the HPB and the Historical Society will prepare
a joint exhibit. No further action taken.
I V . Next Regular Meeting Date:
The Board generally agreed to cancel the December meeting and schedule
the next meeting January 25, 1983 at 8:00 P.M.
V. Adjournment
Tom Martinson moved adjournment. Gary Nyberg seconded. All voted
aye. The motion carried.
