1. CALL TO ORDER
Chair Hovland called the HRA meeting to order at 9:06 P.M.
Il. ROLLCALL
Answering rollcall were Commissioners Brindle, Staunton, Stewart, Swenson and Chair Hovland.
111. APPROVAL OF MEETING AGENDA
Motion made by Commissioner Swenson, seconded by Commissioner Staunton approving
the Meeting Agenda.
Ayes: Brindle, Staunton, Stewart, Swenson, Hovland
Motion carried.
IV. MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF JANUARY 5, 2016 APPROVED
Motion made by Commissioner Staunton, seconded by Commissioner Stewart approving
the Minutes of the Meeting of the Edina Housing and Redevelopment Authority for January
5, 2016.
Ayes: Brindle, Staunton, Stewart, Swenson, Hovland
Motion carried.
V. REQUEST TO VACATE EASEMENT AT 3501-3510 GALLERIA — CONTINUED TO
FEBRUARY 17, 2016
Commissioner Stewart made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Staunton, to continue
the Item V. Request to Vacate Easement at 3501-3510 Galleria to February 17, 2016.
Ayes: Brindle, Staunton, Stewart, Swenson, Hovland
Motion carried.
VI. 2016 HRA CALENDAR OF WORK SESSION MEETING
Commissioner Staunton made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Brindle to set the
2016 HRA Work Session dates as follows: Tuesday, January 20, 2016, Wednesday, Feb. 17,
2016, Tuesday, March 15, 2016, Tuesday April 19, 2016, Tuesday May 17, 2016, Tuesday
June 21, 2016, Tuesday July 19, 2016, Tuesday August 16, 2016, Tuesday September 20,
2016, Tuesday October 18, 2016, Tuesday November 15, 2016, and Tuesday December 20,
2016.
Ayes: Brindle, Staunton, Stewart, Swenson, Hovland
Motion carried.
VII. ADJOURNMENT
Chair Hovland declared the meeting adjourned at 9:10 p.m.
