FEBRUARY 17, 2016

1. CALL TO ORDER
Chair Hovland called the HRA meeting to order at 10:20 p.m.
11. ROLLCALL
Answering rollcall were Commissioners Brindle, Staunton, Stewart, Swenson and Chair Hovland.
111. APPROVAL OF MEETING AGENDA
Motion made by Commissioner Swenson, seconded by Commissioner Staunton approving
the Meeting Agenda.
Ayes: Brindle, Staunton, Stewart, Swenson, Hovland
Motion carried.
IV. A. MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF JANUARY 20, 2016 APPROVED
Motion made by Commissioner Stewart, seconded by Commissioner Swenson approving
the Minutes of the Meeting of the Edina Housing and Redevelopment Authority for January
20, 2016.
Ayes: Brindle, Staunton, Stewart, Swenson, Hovland
Motion carried.
IV. B. CONTINUE ACTION TO APRIL 5, 2016: ESTABLISHMENT OF THE 66 WEST
TAX INCREMENT DISTRICT
Commissioner Swenson made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Brindle, to continue
action on the establishment of the 66 West Tax Increment District to April 5, 2016.
Ayes: Brindle, Staunton, Stewart, Swenson, Hovland
Motion carried.
V. ADJOURNMENT
Chair Hovland declared the meeting adjourned at 10:22 p.m.
