OF THE EDINA HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
• WORK SESSION
JANUARY 20, 2016
5:34 P.M.
1. CALL TO ORDER
Chair Hovland called the HRA meeting to order at 5:35P.M.
II. ROLLCALL
Answering rollcall were Commissioners Brindle, Stewart, Swenson and Chair Hovland. Commissioner
Staunton entered the meeting at 5:35 p.m.
Staff attending the meeting included: Susan Faust, Assistant Director of Parks & Recreation, Debra
Mangen, City Clerk; Devin Massopust, City Management Fellow; Chad Millner, Engineering Director;
Scott Neal, Executive Director, Bill Neuendorf, Economic Development Manager, Eric Roggeman,
Finance Director; and Lisa Schaefer, Assistant City Manager.
111. HRA UPCOMING PROJECTS
Economic Development Manager reviewed a list of the possible projects located at: 3939 West 49 '/2
Street, 3936-40 West 49 '/z Street, 3944 West 49 '/2 Street, 4416 Valley View Road, 3330 West 66th
Street, Vernon & Eden (Grandview), 66th and York, and Southeast Edina Project area.
IV. HRA BYLAWS
Staff reviewed with the Commissioners the existing bylaws of the HRA. Commissioner Brindle will
review the existing bylaws working with the City Attorney. The suggested updates will be brought to
• the entire body for review.
V. ADJOURNMENT
Chair Hovland declared the meeting adjourned at 6:26 p.m.
