BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Edina, Minnesota, as follows: John C.
Wallin is hereby designated to serve as a Director of the Suburbar\ Rate Authority, and Eric
Roggeman is hereby designated to serve as Alternate Director of the Suburban Rate Authority
for the year 2011 and until their successors are appointed.
