Tie meeting was called to order at 7:35 p.m. by i1r. 513-1, chairman.

It. Jerry Dalen, finance directory presented a written and oral report on
the Swimming Pool Fund. He explained that the Council had authorized, at
the sup,stion of the auditors, a separate fund be set up to account for
the pool and pool concession operation. Also, that If the pool continued
to do as well financially as it did in 1958 and 1959, it would be possible
to pay part of, if not all of, the capitol indebtedness of the pool; i.e.$
the bonds and intersat charges. A separate fund provides the most appro-
priate vay to report the accounting for such,debt retirement.
The board throughly revieved the report and Mir. 11.1-ilen satisfactoril,,,-
ans"ered all questions out to him, The board noted but voiced no opposi-

anythinC to add, They agreed with the facts presented thus far and

discussion, the Board determined that VFrench should accortain from
