The meeting was called to order at 7:50 w. Chairman Hill ask for approve! of the
minutes of November 2 meeting. Mr. Stevens so moved, to. Crinkley seta `.del the motion.

1. 69th AND rXMIRE ROAD
Vt. Brauer presented and explained to the boerd the development plan for this area,
The site is to be a small neighbowhood play area and will provide a place ior in-
formal field games such as soft ball and touch football, a swaYl childron; apps-
�vea ar.-;I,rink.
After discussion, Uh Crinkley moved that the plan be approved subject to fa amble
neighborhood vwahlvn. Mr. Jacus seconded the motion it carried. h1r. Froach is
to arrange a neighborhood meeting which if favorable react on is received We plal;.
can then be presented to the Council.
II. WINTER PR AIL
Mr. French gave a complete outline of the w0ter YctivitiOs WNW- HO mewtiOnld
that numerous calls have been received requesting skating rink services on-arows
other than the 14 villaqo maintvin& rinks. one petition has been received with
60 families requesting sevvics on Lake O'Shaughnessy (pond st Creston and WIN=
Roads) but that just a block and a half awzy there is a reguiarly maintained Village
rink. He reported that he 46 discussed this petition with W. Hyda. it was deter-
mined that each signer w�auld be notified Q letter that we could explain the skat-
ipg rink situation and the need to & the Village rinks first but that we would try
to' help with their request when the park maintenance crew got caught up. Soma dis-
cussiou took place on the nese Nr additional warning houses and cost of Sams.
No action was taken.
