400 acre large park site,, the Hays Farm, as prepared and presented by Mr.
Robt. Bruce Hatris. Mro French went over these plans briefly with them and
also showed them some of the modificitions of these plans as being prepared
by Mr. Swanson,, the planning director,, taking into consideration the several
suggestions, or change offerred by the lianager,, Recreation and Park DirectoO.,
