Village could retain the services of a real estate agent to button up property to
be acquired at a 10% fee. I`r. HYde agreed that the necessary ,land should be pur-
chased as soon as possible and that if present personnel did not have the time to
purmn the teal estate transactions, then a real estitte agent should be retained
to do this at the normal going comissior, rate. Mr. Strachauerbecause of his

should give some thought as to the kind of lame we want in naming a park. Should

Mr® French informed members of the meeti3,g for Suburban Park Hoards to be held
Wednesdays April 30th at 745 at the St. Louis Park Community Center. This meting
concerns mayor business of the County Paris Sys•,.em. It was suggested that the
secretary call members on IT y, April 28th tc remind them of this meeting.
