program in general and of how Highlands Park fitted into the toil pa* pietuve* The
negation was assurred that if at all possible! this Vwk would be maven up an the
platanitag schedule and residents in the area would be notified of a public meeting to
review plans before a master plan for the entire park would be approved.
After the delegation left the meeting the Board discussed the-msibi.li# of
shifting Highlands Park on the planning schedule. Mr. Stuns moved that the
;ghla nds Park pre i,7 plan be comp3eted by September 1s, 1.9580 Mrd Crime
marded the motion and it vra ss passed.
