aetion* of the Park Board was neces&& . However,, it was pointed ou1c, by Mr. Hill that
the service road,, if not held back further than sperm from the top edge of the bank,,
may be the souree of future maintenma ce preblems,
At this point Mr. Strachauer cat-ae. to -the meeting, Aftler raking appropriate
remarks to convey his fee of great interest and concern for Edina parks

Strachauer tendered his resignation ftrom the Board dus as he put it, "to '&-ie Pressing
demands of his business." The Board r-ol-lectively. protested Vigorously his conplete

Also., in honor and recognition of the many years of service the Park Board

Mr,. Hill was then elected unanimously as chairman of the Edina Parls Board and
