Fark Board 149etir9 Beptedser 15, 1958 7:30 Pm Members present: 14ssrso Hill, Chairman; Jacu.s, Lewis and Stevens 'the first half hour eras spent in r viewing the budget in preparation for the meeting with the Council* Mr* Harrison presented a preliminary plan for the total developmant of Highlands Parl.v Mr. Stevens reported on behalf of Mr. Grinklay who could not attend this meeting that he (Cr nkley) had been informed by certain residents opposed to anything but scenic park development; -that another petition was being circulated in the area pursuant to that end.. Install steps and footpath frow :ktyline Drive entrance. o, Winter parking area in vicinity of north and of Doncaster Way for skating on large pond..
