Manager Hyde presented Purchase Agreemnt negotiated with owner by Parks
and Recreation Director French., in the amount of $525.00s recommending that
this last remaining lot be acnuired at this amount. Fronkfs motion, that
-ourchase be authorized in acrordance vdth Manager's re commendation, was
seconded. by Tupa, and carried.
