Meeting was called to order at 8:00 P.0-4 1�1.

There was a general discussion-e-fthe relationship of the Park
Board to the Village Council; necessary steps to attain salaries for the
Park Commissioners; and how the Board stands under the new Village Code.
The secretary Teras instructed to set un a separate set of books for
the Park Board and also a separate .file..
It was further decided to ask Gretchen Alden, Deputy Village Cler4,
Bernice Johnson, Deputy Treasurer, arid John kndhorst, Village Attorney,
to attend the next regular meeting on January 19, 1950 to get the
Co-�:issioners straight as to their general status as the .ark .board
for the Village of Edina.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:00 P. M.
