DESIGNATING DIRECTOR
AND ALTERNATE DIRECTOR
TO LOGIS
City of Edina
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Edina Minnesota, as follows:
John C. Wallin is hereby designated as a Director of LOGIS and Eric Roggeman is
hereby designated as Alternate Director of LOGIS for the year 2610, and until their
successors are appointed. ,
Adopted this 5th day of January, 2010.
