RECOMMENDATION OF ROUTE 3A AS THE LOCALLY PREFERRED
ALTERNATIVE FOR THE SOUTHWEST TRANSITWAY
City of Edina
WHEREAS, the Southwest Transitway Technical Advisory Committee has
unanimously recommended the selection of Route 3A as the locally preferred alternative for
the Southwest Transitway; and

WHEREAS, The City Council desires to affirm its support for the selection of Route
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council affirms its
preference for Route 3A for the Southwest Transitway and
County Regional Rail Authority and the Metropolitan Council
the Southwest Transitway locally preferred altE
ADOPTED this 5th day of January, 2010.
